What a year 2018 has been!

As we stand on the cusp of the new year, we also close the curtain on the #cranberrychallenge! I have been WOWed and inspired by all of you and your cranberry creations! When I asked you on Instagram what you have noticed during the cranberry challenge, you responded:

  • More energy
  • Better digestion
  • Less bloating
  • Disappearing swollen lymph nodes
  • Cleared sinuses
  • Fresher breath
  • Feeling lighter
  • Less joint pain
  • Sickness free
  • No annual cough

For myself, I have noticed better moods, more cheer (perfect for this time of year!), clearer lungs, a stronger immune system, cleaner lymphatic system, better sleep, and less viral load in my body. It’s like I felt my blood was more clean! I have always loved and respected this powerful berry, but after the last month my awe has grown even more of the power of healing that comes from nature!

A WINNER has been chosen!

All month long, when each of you posted about cranberries, you gained an entry into a drawing for a free phone consultation with me! I am so proud of ALL of you and grateful you have stepped on this journey with me. Now, drumroll please…

The winner of a free phone consultation is: nourish.me.us!

Our winner Beth has been married to her best friend Bryan for 24 years, and they have one young adult daughter. They are heavily involved in volunteer work in their spiritual community while maintaining jobs to financially support themselves. Beth says, “All of this takes a lot of stamina, and due to food allergies and health challenges each of us have been dealing with, we’ve really been focusing on changing and fine tuning our eating habits.  Doing this cranberry challenge, I noticed so many positive changes! I’ve had less pain, better digestion, less bloat, clearer thinking, more lung power and more energy! I will definitely be keeping cranberries on our daily menu. Thank you, Amber, for inspiring us!”
