Eliminate Parasites Naturally

Wellness

Parasites are more common than most people realize and can silently wreak havoc on your body’s systems. While they often go unnoticed, their effects can be profound. As an Integrative Foot Zoner™, I frequently detect signs of parasites in my clients.

Understanding these intruders is crucial to reclaiming your health, and I’ll also share an effective cleanse to help you eliminate them.

What Are Parasites?

Parasites are organisms that live in or on a host, feeding off the host’s nutrients to survive. Unlike symbiotic relationships, which benefit both parties, these intruders harm the host by depleting nutrients, disrupting bodily functions, and introducing toxins, as every living organism excretes byproducts. This is toxic to the human body. Especially as they feed on toxins, the byproduct is much more toxic as it exits the organism.

In terms of size, parasites range from microscopic organisms, such as protozoa, to larger forms, such as tapeworms and roundworms.

Where Do Parasites Live in the Body?

Parasites can make themselves at home in numerous parts of the body. Common sites include:

  • Intestines: The most well-known location, where they interfere with nutrient absorption.
  • Liver: Some parasites can block liver function and bile flow. This is a common area where they set up nests.
  • Brain: Certain parasites cross the blood-brain barrier, potentially impacting mental health and cognition.
  • Muscles and Tissues: They can encyst in muscles, causing inflammation and pain.
  • Bloodstream: Some microscopic parasites thrive in the circulatory system, impairing immune function.

How Do We Get Parasites?

Parasites can enter the body through various means, including:

  • Contaminated Food or Water: Undercooked meat or fish, unwashed produce, unfiltered water, or food prepared in unsanitary conditions—such as dirty restaurants where handlers do not wash their hands—are common sources.
  • Travel: Furthermore, Exposure to different environments or ecosystems increases risk.
  • Poor Hygiene: First, Hand-to-mouth contact after handling contaminated surfaces.
  • Pets: Animals can harbor these harmful forms that can be transmitted to humans.
  • Environmental Exposure: Swimming in certain water sources or walking barefoot in specific environments, especially in tropical or rural areas with poor sanitation, where human or animal feces contaminate the ground, may occasionally introduce them. Some, like hookworms and Strongyloides, can penetrate the skin, travel through the bloodstream to the lungs, and mature in the intestines.
  • Skin-penetrating parasites: Hookworms and Strongyloides can enter through bare feet in contaminated soil.
  • Close-contact parasites: Lice and scabies spread through direct skin contact or shared personal items.

The Dangers and Effects of Parasites

Notably, Parasites can have far-reaching impacts on physical and mental health, including:

  • Nutrient Deficiency: They rob your body of essential nutrients, leading to fatigue, weight loss, or anemia.
  • Digestive Issues: For instance, Bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain are common symptoms.
  • Chronic Inflammation: They can also trigger systemic inflammation, exacerbating conditions such as autoimmune disorders.
  • Toxin Overload: Many of them also release toxins into the bloodstream, burdening the liver and kidneys.
  • Mental Health Impacts: Brain fog, anxiety, and depression can sometimes be linked to parasitic infections.
  • Carcinogenic: Certain forms have the potential to cause or contribute to abnormal cell growth (Cancer)

How to Eliminate Parasites

To address this, eliminating these invaders requires targeted cleansing protocols, dietary changes, and supportive supplements. Here are some steps and natural remedies to consider:

Herbs and Supplements

  1. Wormwood: Known for its anti-parasitic properties, it’s highly effective against intestinal worms.
  2. Black Walnut Hull: Helps kill them and cleanse the body.
  3. Clove: Targets their eggs to prevent re-infestation.
  4. Garlic: A natural anti-parasitic with additional antibacterial and antifungal benefits.
  5. Bentonite clay: Effective at binding to and removing parasites and toxins from the digestive tract. Not everyone tolerates bentonite clay well, so working with a practitioner to assess what works best for your body is helpful.
  6. Papaya Seeds: Are highly effective at killing off parasites. Additionally, the seeds can be ground into powder and used in smoothies or on foods in place of pepper.
  7. Probiotics/Prebiotics/Postbiotics: Restore healthy gut flora to maintain balance.
  8. Digestive Enzymes: Improve gut health and create an inhospitable environment.
  9. Parasite Syrup
  10. Scram
  11. Pumpkin Seeds: half cup
  12. Castor Oil Pack over the liver – front and back
  13. Cymbiotika – ParaX

Protocols and Lifestyle Adjustments

  • The At-Home Detox Kit: Notably, this comprehensive kit provides a proven cleanse to eliminate parasites and restore balance. This is gentle enough for the entire family and has the proper resources to rebuild the microbiome. I’ve written an in-depth protocol to accompany this, as well as included two additional levels of intensity for those wanting a really strong cleanse. That guide can be found HERE.

  • Anti-Parasitic Diet:
    • Specifically, focus on whole, nutrient-dense plant-based foods.
    • Avoid sugar and refined carbs, which feed parasites.
    • Incorporate foods like pumpkin seeds, ginger, and raw garlic.
  • Hydration: Additionally, Proper hydration helps flush toxins released during a cleanse.
  • Regular Detoxification: Support the liver and lymphatic system by getting daily movement, sweating, urinating, and pooping regularly. (If you are constipated, this should be addressed.)
  • Hygiene Practices: Wash hands frequently, clean produce thoroughly, and avoid walking barefoot in contaminated areas.
  • Bio-Active Silver Hydrosol Intestinal Approach: Notably, nanosilver particles have shown promise in helping the body fight parasites. (This protocol is adapted from the Sovereign Silver website)

Step 1:

Mix these together and take on an empty stomach, about 40 minutes before a meal

Why Regular Cleansing Matters

Essentially, parasites need a host to feed from. When they enter the body, they essentially sucks away and steal part of your life force for themselves. Cleansing isn’t just about removing them; it’s about resetting your body and creating an environment where they can’t thrive. A comprehensive approach addresses the root cause and prevents recurrence.

Final Thoughts

Parasites are more than an uncomfortable thought—they’re a significant health disruptor. In summary, by understanding how they affect the body and adopting a proactive approach to cleanse and prevent them, you can reclaim your health and vitality. If you suspect you have them or simply want to support your body, I recommend starting with the At-Home Detox Kit for a thorough cleanse.

Remember, true health begins at the root, and eliminating parasites is an essential step in your journey to optimal well-being.
