FRESH AND NOURISHING GREEN LEMONADE

This is the most potent and nourishing green lemonade out there! As you sip, delight in the fact that the kale is going to work to aid digestion and liver health! The vitamin C it contains hydrates your body, relieves stiff joints, and increases your metabolism. Kale helps more oxygen get to your blood, thereby improving all bodily systems. Moreover, you are gaining energy from phytochemicals and becoming more grounded with this combination of Mother Nature’s treats. Now that is something we can all raise a glass to!

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch kale
  • 2-3 lemons
  • 3-4 apples I use green

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for your juicer: coring & chopping apples, peeling lemons, and chopping kale into appropriate sizes.
  2. Put all ingredients through a juicer. I like the Breville Juice Fountain Plus JE98XL, the Omega Masticating Dual-Stage Juicer, and the Hurom HZ Slow Juicer (my personal favorite and the one we use in our family).

  3. Pour over ice cubes and enjoy!

You can dilute with water if the taste is too tart for you.
