Vegan Glowing Golden Milk
“Golden milk” is all the rage these days - and it’s a perfect drink for fall! Here’s my favorite recipe:

cups
sesame milk
or other non-dairy milk

½
banana
-
1
tsp
turmeric powder
or minced/grated fresh turmeric to taste

¼
tsp
cardamom powder

Pure maple syrup
to taste

Optional: cinnamon to taste

In a blender, combine the sesame milk and the banana and blend until smooth.

Add to a small saucepan over low heat. Add in the turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon (if using) and pure maple syrup to taste.

Gently warm to your liking, pour into a mug, and enjoy!
