Ingredients
The juice of 3 lemons
3-5tablespoonsof raw organic honey or substitute pure maple syrup
1-2inchchunk of gingerchopped small
50-60ouncesof pure filtered water
1inchchunk of turmericoptional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
Strain through a sieve or nut-milk bag to remove ginger fibers (optional).
