chaga latte with cinnamon sprinkled on top in a white mug on a wooden cutting board with white background

Smooth Chaga Latte

If you’re on a healing journey and wanting to decrease your coffee intake, but still craving a warm earthy morning drink - this is the recipe for you! Allow chaga into your morning routine with this easy-to-make latte and reap the benefits of high antioxidants, less inflammation, slower aging, stronger immunity, and much more.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups clean water
  • 2 tsp chaga powder
  • Plant-based milk to taste I usually love sesame milk but have also used almond milk, coconut milk etc.
  • Pure maple syrup or raw honey to taste
  • Dash of cinnamon optional

Instructions

  1. Heat up water. (The amount of water is up to you - my ratio is 1 cup water to 1 tsp chaga powder.) After the water heats up, add in the chaga powder.
  2. Pour this into your mug about halfway to ¾ full, and fill the rest up with your plant-based milk. Give it a good stir.
  3. Add in pure maple syrup or raw honey to taste and stir again. I love adding a dash of cinnamon on top (optional). Enjoy!
